    Hello,

What level of backup is the FTP option?

After configuration it warns about being home directories only, but I ran cpbackup from the command line and I can see it is grabbing everything such as mySQL etc..

So in the case of a restore, what level of restoration would be expected?

Would it restore an entire cPanel level installation to the extent that users would not have to reconfigure anything?

    Thanks.

    Go on, have a guess
It will backup the user accounts OK with all their associated data. What it doesn't do is the additional /files and /dirs backups that are included in the full backup which contain important system files (e.g. cPanel configuration files, zone files, etc).
