backup completes on 200 accounts but 1 error

    I have an issue in my cpanel server. i have many accounts and the backup works fine!

    but only on 1 account every time i get an error. check the log below:

    Do you have any instances within the account where there's a large directory structure (e.g. /home/user/public_html/1/2/3/4/5/6)?
