What is "Backup Config Files (not needed to restore specific accounts)" mean ?

If i want to configure the backup, should i enable it or disable it ?

I need to know the different between disable and enable this feature. I search on this forum but i didn't find the right answer of my question.

I would assume that it is talking about /etc/my.cnf and files like that that you may have made modifications to but are not necessary to restore basic functionality.
