Backup Configuration > Additional Destinations

Hi,

I have WHM installed and I download to local drives all the backups (made twice a month) and then I copy all the files to a Microsoft's One Drive accounts.

I would like to use the Backup Configuration > "Additional Destinations" option.

Which services do you use? I need 200GB of space for all the hosted websites

I was thinking in choosing between Amazon S3 or Google Drive.

Does it work fine with large files, more than 5GB for example?

Do I have a software like Filezilla or other one to access S3 files when I want?

The backup system deletes old backups or it keeps all the files always?

there is a limit of 5 gb file size with a single PUT operation in S3, we haven't encountered an issue with the file size yet.

you have to use S3 console or aws S3 cli tool.

it depends on the retention and bucket policies.

So If I use S3 for backups files larger than 5GB will not be uploaded?

Hi, I have finally added S3 destination, as I have weekly backups, I'll wait until next Saturday to see if it works fine
