backup could not be mounted.

    Hello
    When making backup run command I get this error encountered
    / backup could not be mounted

    From the error message your provided it seems that your backup drive is not mounted. Kindly mount your backup drive or contact admin regarding your issue.

    Solution

    Yes its better if you contact your server provider as backup seems to be unmounted.
