Backup creation problem

Hey guys, I have a weird funky problem..

I'm trying to create a backup for one website that's only 1GB big and it just doesn't complete it.
I was able to backup my smaller websites, but I have that site that's ~1GB and another one is 21 GB.. but cpanel's backup system is unable to create backups of both of those sites.

Any ideas? I have been used both web and command line backup.

Hello

Are you receiving any particular error messages when attempting to package the account through the command line? Are you using the "/scripts/pkgacct" utility?
