Backup Differences

    Probably a simple question but I can't find an answer:

    Is the daily backup that you can download, a full backup (mysql etc. included). Therefore the only difference between a downloaded daily backup and generating/downloading a full backup is the latter is more current?

    Yes, the latter is more current as it is generated whenever you click on it. And daily backups are on the server and are generated as per the cron is set.
