Backup does not Work in WHM

hi all,
Backup does not Work in WHM...
ad I recive the following e-mail every day (the Cron e-mail)

Backup is not done today as per whm backup settings at /scripts/cpbackup2 line 126.
-----

My settings are:

Backup Status: enable
Backup Interval Daily
Days to run backup: Daily
Remount/Unmount backup drive: Disable
Bail out if the backup drive cannot be mounted: Disable
Incremental backup: Disable
Backup Accounts: Enable
Backup Config Files: Enable
Sql Databases: Per Accounts
Backup Raw Access Logs: Disable
Backup Destination: /backup (on a 2° HD)

what's the problem here?

Update backend scripts and wait. I do faced the problem for few days. But then it started working after 4-5 days.

Is it possible to select one site and have it back up the site to another server. Just that site?
