    Hi Guys,

Running into an issue with automated backups failing. Strange thing is from root user I am able to manually run pkgacct without issue.

    Report is saying:

    Code:
    Username Error
$User (XID 7f2e3y) “/usr/local/cpanel/bin/pkgacct” reported error code “1” when it ended:
You can change the list of accounts that the system generates backups for in WHM’s interface Backup User Selection at: https://subdomain.$User.com.au:2087/scripts/backupuserconfig
Additionally, the backup process encountered the following errors:
[2017-06-29 02:04:21 +1000] /home/$User/public_html/wp-content/cache/object/aec/df1: Unable to open directory: No such file or directory at bin/pkgacct.pl line 1501.

    Hello,

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look at the system and the accounts to see why backups are failing?

    Thank you.
