SOLVED Backup manager disabled (screenshot attached)

Hi all,

On one of my VPS, the backup manager is disabled. Although I've got root access, I can'e enable it. I reckon I need to SSH in and make a change somewhere. Can anyone please tell me what can be done?

If you look at the disabled feature list is the backup manager included there?

Thanks so much. It was disabled indeed. It seems the VPS provider was quite nasty to disable this feature. Time to move away from them!
