Hello Everyone!

I run many websites. Yesterday, I did some changes to the website theme. When I Update the theme and view the website. I was shocked to see the theme have occurred the problem. Then, I want to restore the backup of the website. Unfortunately, backup of the website was not shown in the backup section. What can I do now?

Hi @Ashstyles,

Perhaps contact your web host to see if they have a recent backup.

In the future, before making any changes to your website, you should take a backup first, even if your web host has one.

You can set up automated backups using some Wordpress plugins such as UpDraft.

Hi @Ashstyles,

Mostly good hosting companies enable backups on server on daily or weekly or monthly basis. I would suggest you to contact your hosting provider to provide you the backups they have available on server. it is good practice to take backup on every week or as per your need or move backup to somewhere safe from where you can restore when needed.
