Hello, I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. Currently we are unable to use cpbackup to backup one of our servers as it hangs on "Copying Bandwidth Data....Summary databases".

    Code:
    [2016-04-07 16:50:27 +0100] pkgacct using '/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/pigz -6 --processes 1 --blocksize 4096 --rsyncable' to compress archives
    [2016-04-07 16:50:27 +0100] pkgacct working dir : /mnt/backup/cp2n/incremental/accounts/interg
    [2016-04-07 16:50:27 +0100] Copying Reseller Config...[2016-04-07 16:50:27 +0100] Done
    [2016-04-07 16:50:27 +0100] Copying Suspension Info (if needed)...[2016-04-07 16:50:27 +0100] Done

    [2016-04-07 16:50:27 +0100] Copying Domain Keys....[2016-04-07 16:50:27 +0100] Done
    [2016-04-07 16:50:27 +0100] Copying Counter Data....[2016-04-07 16:50:27 +0100] Done
    [2016-04-07 16:50:27 +0100] Copying Bandwidth Data....Summary databases …
    Some info:

    Code:
    root@cp2 [/var/cpanel/bandwidth]# du -sh
    361M .
    Code:
    root@cp2 [/var/cpanel/bandwidth.cache]# du -sh .
    344K .
To add to this, I have backed up, emptied /var/cpanel/bandwidth and bandwidth.cache followed by running /scripts/rebuild_bandwidthdb_root_cache and the issue still exists.

Also if I backup the individual account it works perfectly.

    Hello :)

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.

Hello and thank you for your help with this. I asked cPanel for support who were very helpful. It turns out that the issue was to do with NFS file locking, after remounting the nfs partition with nolock - the backups worked perfectly.

It is a little strange as we do have 6 cPanel servers and the issue only effected 2 of them but backup's were setup identically.
