What i'm trying to find is a way to control customer notifications from an api. The specific case is i have a customer (my boss) that wants to stop receiving "backup completed" notifications. Yes i could go in and manually set this myself, but i have a lot of customers in addition to my boss and building a ui that i can hand over to my customers makes much more sense to me.
I've tried searching for documentation for such an api interface, but searching for "disable email notifications api" and variations using common synonyms and jumbled word order just points at the admin UI configuration options for the box or controls for the email service in cpanel. I've tried scanning through the whm api documentation as well with nearly identical results. Am i asking for something that doesn't exist or is there a better way to clue the cpanel search engine in on what i am looking for? Of course if someone knows exactly which api call i need that would be perfect, I'll settle for a compass heading though.
