Backup Problem

hi,

i only get this on 1 account but...

when i generate a backup and go to download it i get this error

550 Can't change directory /backup-7.27.2006_11-43-43_madness.tar.gz: Not a directory

but backups download fine on anyone elses account

any ideas people?
