Hello,
I made the backup and cron job settings for WHM and until 2020-07-17 the backup was done regularly but for a week now this automatic backup has not been done. I checked the backup and cron job settings in WHM but it didn't work. Please help fix the problem.

my Os is Centos 7
my WHM version is v84.0.6

thanks.

Hello,

This is the transport log not the backup log. The backup logs are at the location I noted in my previous response, there should be the last few backup process log files located within that directory.

This is only a piece of it but from this it's clear that the load average threshold is being reached. When this happens until the load goes below 24.50 the backups cannot complete.

You'll need to ensure the server doesn't reach the threshold during the time which backups are being taken or understand that they're going to take more time while this threshold is reached to ensure that they are not contributing the server's latency.
