Backup Process Errors due to MySQL DB being remotely hosted

When my daily backup is running, the email I receive contains errors like the following:

[2016-12-22 03:01:04 +0000] apiconne_connect_api_docs: mysqldump: Got error: 1049: Unknown database 'apiconne_connect_api_docs' when selecting the database

I have a cpanel web server which hosts the web sites but the databases are sitting on another cpanel server.

How to I stop these "errors"? Or rather is it possible to configure the web server to also backup the remote mysql databases within the backups?

Hello @craigedmonds,

Is the remote MySQL server linked to the cPanel server via the "Manage MySQL Profiles" option in WHM? Also, please post the output from the following commands:

cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
grep MYSQL /var/cpanel/backups/config
