I'm wondering if the following is possible and if so how to achieve it:

    • Create a backup profile that runs and backs up the entire server in case of a disaster recovery issue whereby I can rebuild the entire WHM and accounts with a few clicks

    • Create a profile for monthly backups but only include specified account

    • Create a profile for weekly backups but only include specified account

    Possible...?

    Hello @Harlequin,

It's not currently possible to choose specific users to backup for each separate retention period (e.g. weekly, monthly). I encourage you to open a feature request if you'd like this considered for inclusion in the product:

    Submit A Feature Request

This isn't possible with any features offered in cPanel & WHM, however you may find third-party solutions such as R1Soft useful for this purpose. Additionally, feel free to to vote and add feedback to the existing feature request for this at:

Server configuration and data auto-sync (mirroring)

You will find user-submitted solutions under the "Comments" section of this feature request to see how others are setting up these types of environments.

    Thanks!
