Backup restoration issue

    Hello,
    I backed up my server using cpbackup today, so before removing I wanted to test if the backup files could be restored properly.. so I removed an account and tried to restore its cpmove file & mysql backup didn't restore, below is the error:

    Restoring MySQL databases....




    Restoring database animelea_wp1......

    Restoration of MySQL database (animelea_wp1) failed with error: Execution of /usr/bin/mysql --defaults-file=/home/animelea/._.work.DABMDMBXn92JB4tu --force animelea_wp1

    Done

    so before I rebuild my whole server I need to know why this is happening?

    I'm having the same issue, and can't find any useful info to troubleshoot.

    Hello :)

    I have seen this happen when there are invalid entries in the /etc/my.cnf file or when a remote MySQL server is not configured properly. We need access the system in order to determine the exact cause. I encourage anyone experiencing this issue to open a support ticket with our staff so we may check further:
