Backup Restoration vs Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File

Read the documentation, what's the difference and what is perfered method?

Also https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/Backup it says:
Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File — This interface allows you to restore accounts with a backup file. You can also use this feature to manually transfer accounts from a another server.
Important:To use this feature, you must first enable account backups in the Legacy Backup Configuration interface.

I don't have legacy backups enabled so the option "Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File" will not work, right? And I should use Backup Restoration?

There is no need to enable account backups in the Legacy Backup Configuration for "Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File"

You will have to enable account backup in Legacy Backup configuration for "Legacy Restore Backups " options if you want to use because your accounts will be restored from your backup which you have configured on your server

Also, the documentation is misleading and it's flawed because it clearly states:
"Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File — This interface allows you to restore accounts with a backup file. You can also use this feature to manually transfer accounts from a another server." which is followed by "Important: To use this feature, you must first enable account backups in the Legacy Backup Configuration interface." Maybe cPanel admin can comment the above?

The "Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File" option is primarily intended for backups that were generated through the cPanel backup options. These files are named in the following formats:

cpmove-{USER}
cpmove-{USER}.tar
cpmove-{USER}.tar.gz
{USER}.tar
{USER}.tar.gz
backup-{BACKUP-DATE_TIME}_{USER}.tar
backup-{BACKUP-DATE_TIME}_{USER}.tar.gz

The "Backup Restoration" option allows you to restore accounts from the backup archives that the system stores in the backups directory. The updated documentation page is available at:
