Backup/restore for transferring accounts

    Please HELP!!! Please. Backup/restore for transferring

    Hello,


    Mu old privider don't want to collaboaret for transfering my reseller account

    please someone tell me if i can transfer an account from a server to another including e-mail accounts, mysql data bases and other things.

    Please someone tell me step by step how can i make.

    Yesterday i have made a back-up from old server, and i have restore it to the new server. But only a tar.gz file si there. In public_html directory is nothing.

    How can i make???

    Please tell me step by step.

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Move the backup to /home then in WHM restore the account under the "restore full backup" option.

    Yes i know, i have read good documentation, but in the root of the account only a tar.gz is uploaded.

    How can i restore e-mail accounts, oscommerce scripts instaled in old server to the new one?
