Yes, it's silly and needs to be improved especially since all the price increases. Have to use too many different 3rd party software to get cPanel working. There are other options that are all-in-one and cost a lot less.@cPanelLauren
Thanks. #2 is still confusing but just to put it simply, using remote incremental backups will not allow the user to restore on their own without "manual" assistance from the server admin? Because the server admin has to manually download/rsync the files first before the user can perform restores? Unlike remote full backups where users can restore on their own.
