    Backup restore page is loading forever.

    It is never finished. At this link, it doesn't even respond to browser
    All others open normally

    Page link: https://..../scripts5/restoremenu
    Backup Type: Incremental
    System: CENTOS 6.9 - Cpanel v66.0.18

    Is there anything I can do to get back to work?
    Best Regards

    Hi,

    Can you check what you see in the cPanel error logs when you browse the restore page.

    Execute the below command and then browse the restore page again.
    # tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_logs

    Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

    Hello,

    Could you let us know of any specific output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Please also run the following command to verify if the issue persists:

    Code:
    mv /var/cpanel/caches/_generated_command_files{,.backup}
    Thank you.

    Thanks 24x7server and cPanelMichael for the answers

    Following the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log file:
