    Hi All,

I cannot seem to figure out why a backup restore has been going for hours and is not in processlist any more. I even rebooted the server and it still sits there stating it's restoring the account.

Any ideas? I need to urgently restore a different account.

    Hello :)

Under the actions menu on the "Backup Restoration" page in WHM, try selecting:

    "Clear All Accounts"

Also, do you see the account username listed under the "/home/restore_account" directory? Did the account restore successfully?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

No it did not restore successfully and using Clear All Accounts did nothing unfortunately.

I however am clearing out everything in /home/restore_account to see what happens.
