    Hello,

I have backup enabled to do a daily backup twice a week.

The backups are moved to an FTP drive and the "Retain backups in Home Directoy" is Disabled

    I have two issues:

1- Under Restore tab, i can't find backups for either Date or User
2- I selected Uncompressed, however on the ftp there is a {date}/Username.tar file and a system_files.tar Which i assume are compressed....

I would like uncompressed backups and ability to restore.

    thanks!

    /J

Thank you for the reply, it makes sense :)

However the "uncompressed" term is ambiguous. I was hoping it would copy files as is making it easier to access via FTP without unpacking.

    thanks all good :)
