This is my crontab -e output for backups

    30 0 * * * /scripts/upcp
    0 0 * * * /scripts/cpbackup
    0 6 * * * /scripts/cpbackup
    0 12 * * * /scripts/cpbackup
    0 18 * * * /scripts/cpbackup

How can I have the daily backups seperated into a different directoy? For example, the 1st at 12am would go into /home/backup/12am, second at 6am would go in /home/backup/6am.

Thanks. I'll try it out. Here's a question though :) Restore will not be done via whm unless I change the directory of the actual backup copy I want correct? Otherwise, restore via command line :)
