Backup Times

Hi all,

I have set my server to backup the accounts in 3 period.Daily,Weekly and Monthly..Everyday at nearly 1 am it starts to backup the accounts.This is normal.Because when it starts to backup,it makes so high server load and it is good it makes it at night..But each saturday,it starts to backup again (i think weekly).But this time it makes this in day time.Starts at 10 AM.And it makes the server load to go so high.And as a result it causes sites not to open or open so slowly.What can i do for this problem?
