Backup to SFTP only sends system, no accounts

We have configured an SFTP backup destination, and although it saves the complete copy of WHM in the temporary one, only system sends to the destination. I need to send all accounts with incrementals to make offshored copy.


Instead, on an external disk connected to the server if you leave me the complete copy.
These non-incremental copies with rSYNC

Please, help me!!

Hey there! You aren't able to use sFTP with incremental backups, so that is why those files aren't being moved. Due to the way the file structure is handled in incremental backups you have to use an rsync connection to move those to a remote destination. You can find this in our documentation here:

Can you try using an rsync connection to see if that gets things working how you expect?
