I'll change the machine. To not have so much work is there any way to make a backup of all the cpanel accounts without any problem?

Or is there the option of doing a whole WHM backup?

Well, in any case I need the best solution to transfer the data from one machine to another.

Thank you, and sorry my bad English.

So I have to install the new server with a different IP, but then I can reconfigure with the old IP?

If you must have it, and your current Hosting Provider will move the IP to the new server on same host. Might be easier to just setup the server with a new IP and be done with it.
