I have disabled " Retain Backups in the Default Backup Directory "

If i look on my the local backup directory the directory of the account is not present (it supposed to exist because i have the error and the system only deletes it when it moved to the destination location, but it doesnt exist). , also, i see the backup on the destination server (backup server) but i dont know if it is complete or not (it is nearly the size of the account)

The rsync error is not helpful as it dont have any information where to look

How can i find what is happening in order to fix it?

Are you able to login to the backup server without issues from the source server? Can you try to manually rsync some files over to the backup server and see if that works fine?

Yes, actually backups works fine, the problem is this account in particular that is 50gb+, backups are made without any problem for about 50 accounts, i just active backups for this particular account now that i have a bigger backup disk

Do you have enough space on the backup and on the cPanel server for this particular big account?
