Backup Types.

Hello,

I searched the forum but can't find the answer. I'd like to know more about the backup types. The FTP option says "Accounts only". How is that different than the Standard option ? If I use FTP, what exactly is not getting backed up.

I'm not sure wether I should use FTP or use Standard and then Rsync the whole thing to a remote server.

The "Accounts Only" option does not back up the server configuration and data files, just the website ones.

How can I back up the server configuration and data files remotely through FTP?
Why doesn't the FTP backup back up the server configuration and data files as well?
