Backup (Using Username & Password)

Hello all,

I'm transferring an account from a reseller to a VPS. I'm using the "Copy an account from another server with account password" feature which has worked in the past for different reseller accounts however this account just sits here with the ............... ...............

Every ~30 seconds there is another set of ............... it's on 3 lines now and I've been sitting here for 30 mins waiting for it to finish. The account has 370 MB of space used.

How long should this process take?

EDIT: Now after 3 lines of the dots it says: Error while copying account...! Aborting Extraction

What could be the reason for that?

The account is probably too big to transfer.

But, try this first. Can you SSH from the VPS to the reseller account?
I had a similar problem, and ended up using the first option, where you could specify the SSH details (I used the root user, but you could use a normal user with SSH access as well), and then it seems to have copied over the large account easily
