Backup via ssh and on my pc

Can anyone please tell me how to get backup from all my accounts via ssh?

Then i would want to save the backup file on my pc. is it possible?

You would need to configure the WHM > Backup Configuration and set that up as you need it to create backups locally. These will then be done at the frequency you specify in those settings. You can then download the resultant backups by whatever means you want from your server, how you do it is up to you.

I can't enter WHM becayuse my server has been hacked :-(

You'd have to setup the backups by hand if you don't already have them configured by editing /etc/cpbackup.conf and then running:

/scripts/cpbackup
