I want to backup my wesbite. But there is not option shows to generate the backup.

I agree with andrew.n backup options are controlled by the hosting provider to keep it enabled/disabled for the end-users.
It does sound like your provider has disabled the backup option, so you'd need to speak with them to see what options are available.
You should be able to at least use cPanel Backup, JetBackup or Acronis Backup.
