Backup won't restore

We are attempting to restore a customer's account using a backup that we moved from another server (servers are identical). We got this bizarre error:

Failed to extract the archive at “/home/customer.tar.gz”: The tar archive extraction failed because of the error “The “/usr/bin/gtar --no-same-owner --use-compress-program=/usr/local/cpanel/bin/gzip-wrapper --preserve-permissions --extract --directory /home/cpanelpkgrestore.TMP.work.d6a5c364/unsafe_to_read_archive --file /home/customer.tar.gz” command (process 2445299) reported error number 2 when it ended.”: pigz: skipping: <stdin>: corrupted -- invalid deflate data (invalid stored block lengths) /usr/bin/gtar: Unexpected EOF in archive /usr/bin/gtar: Unexpected EOF in archive /usr/bin/gtar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

Any way to recover this?

We have no idea exactly what happened, but this worked.

Glad you were able to recover it and thanks for the link to the tool, we don't necessarily allow 3rd party links but I'll leave it in this instance as I can see its value.
