Feature request: Can a backup script be made to create a backup of hard drive, (for say you have a HD failure, now we have &/home& directory backed up, but with a HD failure /home is useless without all other files)

mount/ummounting, Backup entire HD 1st time, then backup files it doesnt have from the night before's backup

It is the correct answer. If you will go to google.com and search on rsync you will find the answer. Why type all the details when it is provided elsewhere.

rsync will essentially mirror the contents of one drive to another partition and then update files on the backup as they are changed on the primary.
