Hi, I have a remote backup of a server, is there an easy way to get all the accounts to go into tars etc with like one command, then restore them with one command at the servers end?

There are lots of accounts so doing it individually will take a long time

    Hi,

If the backup you have on the remote server is created using the backup function of WHM, then you can easily restore all the accounts on a new cPanel server.

Just attach an additional drive to your new server, copy the exact backup from the remote server on to the additional drive, configure your backup from "Configure Backup" to detect the additional drive and you can then restore the accounts using the "Backup" option in WHM.

If I am wrong, please correct me.
