Automated backups started failing about a week ago. I have found that pkgacct fails on every account. The error message is:

[2019-08-18 06:40:47 -1000] Copying Dns Zones....warn [pkgacct] The system had to unexpectedly restart dnsadmin because it could not connect: The system failed to connect to “/var/cpanel/dnsadmin/sock”: Connection refused
warn [pkgacct] The system had to unexpectedly restart dnsadmin because it could not connect: The system failed to connect to “/var/cpanel/dnsadmin/sock”: Connection refused
[2019-08-18 06:40:58 -1000] (XID 7kazhb) The system failed to read up to 16 KB from a file handle because of an error: Connection reset by peer

I have run /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix
and /scripts/restartsrv_dnsadmin which displays:
Waiting for “dnsadmin” to restart gracefully ……waiting for “dnsadmin” to initialize ………finished.

Service Status
dnsadmin (dnsadmin - dormant mode) is running as root with PID 16857 (systemd+/proc check method).

Startup Log

Aug 18 07:13:16 inmotionhosting.com systemd[1]: Started cPanel DNS admin service.

dnsadmin restarted successfully.

Still get the error on every account.
