Quit

I gave the support!
Therefore take time to answer and do not resolve the problem in more than 48hs,

In addition to that asked for a copy only account of 500Mbs
and send copy everything from the old server.

Absurd!

It has been much better support from cpanel.

Thanks for getting in touch and submitting a support request. Your license provider is your first line of support contact, have you contacted them regarding this issue? Also, if you need expedited support you may purchase support incidents from our online store (purchased support incidents receive high priority in our support queue).

Either way, one of our technical analysts will be addressing your issues as soon as possible.

If you have any questions or need anything please do not hesitate to let me know.

Thanks

Hi edumadma,
I noticed your complaint to cpanel, so just adding a couple comments to your question.

If you purchased cpanel direct from cpanel then you paid for support (so you don't have to pay extra). They will usually work your ticket until it's resolved (within 48 hours).

If you signed up with a web host who purchased your license, and installed your cpanel license for you then they are your only free support option.

All legitimate hosts who provide cpanel to their client support their customers. If your host is not supporting you that is tragic (since there are so many of us who would do so without question).

I know this does not answer your question, though I will say that if you were our customer you would not be posting an note in this forum or even know it exists (we would and it would be resolved same day).

That said, cPanel support is exceptionally good (given the complexity of product).

Best Wishes,
Jim

I have to agree with Jim. In the years I have been using cPanel, their support has been exceptional. This coming from the fact that I purchased cPanel through a reseller. The reseller's support was much slower and I just used the complimentary support. In the next two month's I am about to renew my servers directly under cPanel.
