backups don't exist

    After creating the full account backups in CPanel a user will receive confirmation that the backups occured. Though when checking the user's directory the backups will not exist.

    Any ideas?

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Not entirely sure on this, but i believe the backup gets stored in the users main directory rather than /public_html
