My backups won't complete because it says:

[2020-03-01 02:04:19 -0800] The “Mysql” failed with an error: (XID x8zq3k) “/usr/bin/mysqldump” reported error code “2” when it ended: mysqldump: Couldn't execute 'show fields from `wpxw_totalsoft_poll_setting`': Incorrect file format 'wpxw_totalsoft_poll_setting' (130)

Any idea how I can remove this? I tried to repair the database but wpxw_totalsoft_poll_setting doesn't seem to exist in the MySQL repair section.

I'm thinking if I login as root and remove the database from the MySQL folder that could do it?

You probably have an errant file in the database folder.

If you are sure this is not a database you need or was previously dropped you could remove that folder, but I would move it somewhere instead in case you bork something up and need it back.

Is the database listed in the cpanel for that user? This will really determine next steps.

This ^^ is exactly what I would recommend.
