Backups issue

    Hi ive been searching the forum and google for some answers to a problem i have with backing up my VPS to a remote FTP...

    The problem im getting is that when the backup runs i get this message emailed to me...

    Even though it says its uploaded 0 and downloaded 0 kbytes i check my ftp client and it shows up that its backing up...
    Why do i get this message telling me that it hasnt downloaded???

    The backup script runs an initial test to ensure the login details to the remote FTP server are valid. Are you receiving failure messages at any point during the backup process? You can view the full logs in:
