bacukp error

    Extracting tarball....Done

    Extracting Domain....Done

    Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /backup/cpbackup/daily loaded login/cp/login)?
    Account Restore Failed...
    this error have occurred in all dailys backups

    how i fix it?

    Try the following:

    Copy and then extract the accountname.tar.gz file in to /home or /tmp directory. Then run this command:
    /scripts/restorepkg accountname

    If that doesn't solve your problem; create a domain with same username/accountname in WHM and then run the script:
    /scripts/restorepkg accountname

    Make sure the tarball file is not corrupted.
