bad greek characters encoding

    hello when i try to edit my html ...when are greek letters within i get an encoding like that

    υργίας καταστηματων,τακτοποιήσεις αυθαιρέτων, β&eps ..where it sould be something like that (γεια με λενε γιαννη και αυτα)

    what can i do to fix this ??? because i can not edit and change my files ....its difficult under such circumstances .. thank u in advance

    Hello :)

    Are you editing your HTML page through cPanel File Manager or are you referring to HTML pages you have developed on your workstation and have uploaded?

    iam editing through cPanel ..the problem it has firstly started in cPanel..

    Root Administrator
    Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Could you report this issue to your web hosting provider if you do not have root access to the server so they can take a closer look?
