I just installed cPanel and WHM and now want to add two more servers. Do I need to install WHM and/or cPanel on all the servers? How does he system determine where it sets up the new accoounts?

I previously used webSphere where we had seperate web servers, mail servers, news servers etc.

Is VPS a standalone or addition to cPanel. How do I set it up and should I use only one of the servers?

The servers are set up as wwwntm.org for the domain,
    master server is espiritu.wwwntm.org
    2nd server nirvana.wwwntm.org
    3rd server mchael.wwwntm.org

Please help, I need to have these running yesterday.

Yes. Each server must have cPanel installed.
WHM/cPanel doensn't do this. You need a third party script such a http://www.modernbill.com/home/index.htm or http://www.whmautopilot.com/ to do this. Other scripts may work if you don't mind manually assigning the account to the server.
VPS has nothing to do with cPanel/WHM. VPS is software that allows one physical computer to run independant instances of an operating system in separate partitions, thus allowing each instance to have it's own root user. cPanel/WHM can be installed on a VPS, but they are not co-mingled.

If you were able to successfully install on one server, then just repeat the process and look into the aforementioned scripts if you need autocreation. If not, you can create accounts just by logging into each server independantly using http://servername.yourdomain.tld:2086.

    Clarify VPS

Can I use VPS on the same box that I have cPanel and WHM on?

Would I be better off using one box for VPS and the other two for cPanel and WHM.

I am in the process of installing Modernbill on the master server now.

Thank you for the fast reply!!!! :p

You'd really need to check with the VPS software maker.
