band.quota ptroblems for adding accounts

As a reseller I have limited quota 20gb, so I created new accounts and in every package I 've created ,I 've written quota for bandwidth. SO I created 20 packs with 2gb band. each. Now I manualy lowered the quota of every account to 1gb. But cannot get those 10 gb back. What to do?
