    New features:

    * Detects to see if ipchains is in the kernel and will try to use iptables if ipchains is not.
    * Faster display of bandwidth users
    * Displays Total incoming and Total outgoing since 99% of hosts only bill for outgoing bandwidth

When I start bandmin I see this:

Starting bandmin: iptables: Chain already exists

What is this? Is it working?
