Is there any command to reset bandwidth for specific user ?

or best... any command to FIX the bandwidth of any user.
I still have the problem of sites with 1gb allowed traffic for example, that cpanel "thinks" used 1.01Gb ... when I MANUALLY LOOK AT THE BANDWIDTH FILES, and there's no such use.... so I ask, where the hell cpanel took this bandwidth if not from /var/cpanel/bandwidth ?? is there any way to FIX THIS ??

Please, I need this fixes ASAP!!!
