    WHM 10.0.0 cPanel 10.0.0-R7
    RedHat 7.3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
    Virtuozzo VPS, RedHat 7.3

On 28th of JAN, cPanel stopped accounting bandwidth usage. last entries I have in /var/cpanel/bandwidth are of 28th JAN.

The same day awstats did last auto update of statistics. Have to click on Update now every time to update them.

This is a very serious problem for me, some customers already complained, and I just don't know where to look. Nothing in error logs, nothing...

How can I check where it lost connections? Where?

Has someting like that happened to any of you before? If yes, how did you fix it?

UPDATE: I ran cpanellogd and it updated bandwidth usage and awstats, will see how it goes in the next 12 hours.

    This shouldn't happen...

cPanel bandwidth for one of our sites: 573 MB since 1st FEB.

awStats bandwidth for same site: over 3 Gb.

None of the values seem correct.

Additionally, webalizer shows this site has no visits before 3 PM.

Until 28th JAN, this site generated about 12-14 GB BW monthly and 450-700 unique visits per day.

We're getting complaints for customers that awstats last updated on 2/1. Something is certainly up here.
