Bandwidth - AGAIN....

hi ya,

please can someone fix the bandwidth reporting - one of my domains apparently has used up 19GB of bandwidth so far this month, and they only use normal files (no downloads) and it isn't that busy.
Incidently, he is on a shared IP.

Please - if you only add one feature to WHM/Cpanel - please make it a fix so we know how much bandwidth clients REALLY use!

so are you saying they went over their limit and the acct was not auto suspended or are you saying bandwidth is not being reported correctly?

Sorry, I should have clarrified...

WHM is reporting they are using 19GB of bandwidth. It never suspended them, nor did I get an email from the server saying &xxxxxx is using blahblah resources& etc

I personally think it is detecting the bandwidth of ALL shared hosts as my usual bandwidth usuage for the server a month is about 50-60GB
