bandwidth different in bandmin than in cpanel

Hello,

I charge a user for exceeding bandwidth and got nasty letter saying in cpanel it only showed 10gig of bandwidth but when i went to www.abeshosting.com/bandwidth/ it showed 19.5gig, i checked his cpanel and it was showing 10.2gig of bandwidth. Which on is correct? what do i say to him?
